Delivery
Yes, Neolee Rehab Supply Sdn Bhd provides free shipping services for orders within West Malaysia. However, this offer is applicable solely to ground level residences or buildings equipped with elevators. If customers desire to have the items, such as a hospital bed, delivered to an upper or lower floor, additional charges will be incurred. It is essential for customers to notify our Sales Team of such requests at the time of purchase.
Orders to East Malaysia will have shipping charges applied based on customer's delivery address. Please contact our Sales Team and they will assist you.
Method of shipping will be determined by Neolee Rehab Supply Sdn Bhd. If customers request for immediate deliveries through a 3rd party delivery service (Grab, Lalamove, ZeptoExpress, etc.), the cost of shipping shall be borne by the customer.

For large and bulky items with a weight exceeding 30kg based on volumetric weight, sea freight is the designated shipping method, which typically takes around 30 days for delivery. Please note that the delivery address must be within a town or city area.
Conversely, small items weighing below 30kg based on volumetric weight will be shipped via courier service (Poslaju, J&T, etc.) and it will take roughly 7-10 days for delivery.

Yes. Kindly notify our Sales Team during the purchase process if you prefer to collect the items yourself at our showrooms. For hospital bed purchases, we kindly request a minimum of 2 hours' notice to allow our warehouse to set up the bed prior to your arrival for pick up. Please note that a waiver form must be signed or acknowledged by the purchaser, stating that Neolee Rehab Supply will not be held responsible for any damages that may occur during the self-collection process.
